I used to get copies of all invoices that I email to clients, copied to me. It worked for almost 8 months and then stopped working. I have gone into settings

Hello andy-devries,

 

Ccing yourself on invoices you're emailing to your customers from QuickBooks Online is a great way to make sure that you also have copies of them outside of the software. I'm glad it's been working for you up to this point and I'll help you with making sure it starts working again.

 

Checking in on your settings is the perfect place to start, just to make sure that something hasn't changed there. I see you say that you've gone into the settings, and I'd just like to take a moment to outline the steps exactly to make sure you've gotten to the right place.

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Sales tab.
  4. Find and click the Messages section.
  5. Check off the Email me a copy at [your email] box.
  6. Click Save.

Another option is to add your email to the Cc or Bcc fields, but the check box should be doing the trick. If that box wasn't checked or your email wasn't in a field, add those now and then try sending an invoice again to see if you also get a copy. If everything is as it should be and you're still not getting a copy, the next step I recommend is checking that your email provider's settings haven't changed.

 

Head on over to your email provider and verify that the emails haven't suddenly started going to your junk folder or other such things. You can even review the Receive important email messages from Intuit article to learn how to make sure you're getting emails from QuickBooks.
