Hi rhl,

Thanks for contacting us here. QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you bring your finances into perspective. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track with accomplishing your QuickBooks goals.

You can search for past estimates by clicking on Sales > Customers > click on the customer in question > click on the Filter drop down to view the estimates > click Apply. In case the estimates aren't showing here, I recommend searching for them using the Audit Log. This tool provides you with a list of changes/transactions that were made on your account. Using that information, you can re-create any deleted data manually in QuickBooks. Here's how to use the Audit log:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. If you've recently created these transactions, locate them on the Audit log screen, click on the blue link to open the transaction in question and retrieve the required info.
  5. Select Apply.

Let me know if this info is helpful. I'll be a message away in case you need anything else.
