I've made an estimate in CAD, how do I change the estimate into USD?

I've upgraded my account to essential, which has the currency added.

You need a 3rd party tool to do so. Otherwise, you have to create a new Estimate. 

 

As an additional option, if you deal with multi currency transactions, explore these services to get a lower fee and better currency rate.
