I want emails sent from QuickBooks to be sent from my email address and not QuickBooks alias, or have them forwarded to my email account so I have a record. How to do?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to share more info about sending emails using QuickBooks. 

Since QuickBooks is designed to send sales forms using the email “QuickBooks@notification.intuit.com”, the ability to edit that email is unavailable. The good news is you can set up your emails to receive blind carbon copies (Bcc) of the emails. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Sales tab.
4. Click the Messages section to expand the preferences.
5. Under Sales form, choose Invoice.
6. Enter the email in the Blind Copy (Bcc) new invoices to address field.
7. Click Save then Done.
