I want to enter my Quickbooks online expenses into Quickbooks. Where are the invoices; are they charging me taxes in Canada? Help info sends me to a list of payments

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome back!  I'd be happy to guide you to your QuickBooks Online invoices, so you can record your expenses without delay!

Follow these steps to review your QuickBooks invoices;

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account as the Primary Admin

2. Click on Settings ⚙ in the top right, and then select Account and settings

3. Open the Billing & Subscription tab

4. In the QuickBooks Online tile, select View payment history

That's it!  You can open the files or download them to your computer.  Keep in mind, these would have also been emailed to you.
