I want to save an invoice but my client doesn't use email. How do I save the invoice & print it to give to him personally ?

QuickBooks Online offers tons of great time-saving solutions for your business bookkeeping, such as the ability to send customers their invoices directly from your account. If your customer doesn't use email, you can easily print the invoice to deliver to them in person. I'll explain how to do so. 

When creating your invoice, you can simply click "Print or Preview" at the bottom of the screen to print a copy of your invoice. 

If you've already saved your invoice without printing it yet, don't worry. It's not too late to do so. Simply click Sales > Invoices > find the invoice in the list > click Print from the Action column.
