Question

I was able to have my Sales Invoices be sent from by business email BUT my Sales Receipts are still being sent via the QBO email. Please advise how to change this.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Online Community family! It sounds like you're taking advantage of the ability to connect your google account to the program to have the flexibility to send your invoices from your Gmail address. I'd be happy to shed some light on how this option works with other sales forms.

 

At the moment, only sales invoices can be sent from your Gmail address after integrating your google account to QuickBooks Online. Sales receipts, estimates, and other sales forms aren't eligible for this option and are sent through Intuit's email. I can see how having this feature for every sales forms in the program would have benefited your business, and I encourage you to submit feedback directly to our engineers to share your thoughts on this. We are always looking for ways to expand and innovate the program, and your opinion helps a lot with that.

 

In the meantime, I invite you to visit our Apps menu to see if you can find any third-party app that could better assist you with your task.
