Question

I went through all the steps to customize my invoices and estimates. When I preview and print them. My logo does not show up nor any of my info.

Thanks for contacting us here. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track with invoicing. 

 

It's important to note that new changes made to an invoice are applied to new sales forms created after the change. You'll have to manually edit the prior invoices/estimates in order for the changes to reflect as you wish. For reference, here's a helpful article that shows you how to: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. Let me know if the issue you're having also includes the new invoices.
