Question

If I choose to send an invoice from my gmail account (Google Workspace Business) won't the receiving inbox block it if I have a strict DMARC policy setup?

How does QBO send invoices on behalf on my Gmail account?

Won't my DMARC policy stop this? Is there any sender authentication records I need to add to DNS?

Thanks for reaching out to me here. Invoices are sent from QuickBooks using the default email address. If you choose to set up your invoices to send from your Gmail address, I recommend taking a look at this article as it will provide more details to frequently asked questions.
