Question

If I Click on the Sales menu at the left pane, then Customers. the customer list doesn't populate as it has in the past did they change something?

Welcome to Community.  It's vital that you have full access to your customers so you can perform your daily tasks and move on to better things.  When this type of issue happens with QuickBooks Online, it's most often a connection issue.  I'd be happy to guide you through some steps to get you back to business!

 

The first recommendation is to log out of your account and then clear cache on your browser.  When you're ready to login, open your browser in private or incognito.  If the same issue occurs, try other browsers such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge.  This should get you up an running with the ability to access your customer list.
