If I enter an invoice on line will it also be entered on my desktop?

Entering an invoice into QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop is easy to do. I can help go over how the two systems work.

When you enter information into your QuickBooks Online account it isn't available on your QuickBooks Desktop company file. This is due to both being different and do not communicate with one another. If you wish to see an entry on both you'd have to enter it twice once on online and once on desktop.
