Question

In a facility I have multiple residents to invoice. I bill the facility directly for each residents. How can i send all the invoices together to billing in 1 email

Its a longterm care facility. I bill each resident but send the invoices to the billing department. Can i have all the invoices in 1 email and not multiple email to the billing department?

Hi crondeau2012-gma,

 

Having the ability to include multiple customer invoices to one email is a great way to keep them together when paying bills.  QuickBooks Online will only send one invoice per email.  I'd be happy to provide another option for you!

 

You could save the invoices as a PDF file and add it as an attachment when emailing them to the billing department.  Follow these easy steps:

 

1.  Click on the Sales tab

2.  Select all of the Invoices to be emailed

3.  Hit the Batch Action drop-down arrow

4.  Choose Print

5.  On the Print Screen, click on the Download arrow

6.  Save the file on your Computer
