In invoice, when I click on the options drop down to preview or email, the connection icon spins and the invoice does not appear?

Hi there, 

 

I know how important it is to preview and email your invoices in QuickBooks Online. Making sure your invoice looks just how you want it and then being able to send it directly to your customer is going to save you tons of time. If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies.
