In QB online can you have multiple Email templates for invoicing , Similar to what is already available in QB Desktop

It's awesome to hear that you're familiar with QuickBooks Desktop. Given that familiarity, I can appreciate wanting to know what features are available in the QuickBooks Online version of the program. That way, you can know what to expect when you begin using it if that's what you'd like to do. I'll go over the options for custom email templates in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online has several options when it comes to your custom form styles and allows you to create multiple of each. It doesn't, however, allow you to create email templates that are unique to each individual form style. What I means is, while you can create a different email for an invoice versus an estimate, there isn't the option to create a different email message for invoice style A versus invoice style B. The same can be said for the message to the customer section on the forms.

Does anyone know whether there is an app available for QBO that will permit this function? I need to send two styles of invoices, but I'd prefer that it isn't obvious from the email that the second style is coming from the parent company.
