Hello abfpleasants-gma,

Having information such as address details on invoices to your customers is a great way to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Whether you mean your customer's town and postal code isn't showing up or your own, these details are an important part of identifying who's who and making sure things are going to the right place. I can help you ensure the address information you've entered is showing on your invoices in QuickBooks Online.

The first thing to consider is whose information isn't showing up on the invoice since there are different areas you'd go to in order to make sure these details are entered correctly. For example, if it's your customer's information, start by going to the Sales tab and selecting the Customers sub-menu. Once there, click the name of the customer and then Edit. On the customer profile, use the Address tab and the Billing address section at the bottom to ensure you have the details you need for them.

In the event it's your business's address that isn't showing up correctly, here are the steps to take instead.

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. On the Company tab, click one of the Address sections. (Note: There's an address section for your reference and a customer-facing address section in case what you want your customer to see is different.)
  4. Enter the address details.
  5. Click Save.

Once you're sure the address or addresses have been entered correctly into QuickBooks Online, the next step is verifying the settings of your sales form styles. This is done through the Custom form styles section via the Gear icon. There, select Edit for the form in question, then go to the Content tab to make changes as necessary.

The customer information shouldn't have an option to toggle it off, so what you'll really be looking for here is whether you've selected all the relevant fields for your company's business address. Click the header section of the preview on the right and you'll see the boxes you can select. Here's an article that provides more detail on customizing forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

These steps should get you back on track, but if you're still having trouble, let me know. I'm here to help however I can!
