Invoice emails are showing "Review and pay" on invoice when it should be saying "Print and save"

Invoice emails are showing "Review and pay" on invoice when it should be saying "Print and save"

 

I do not have Online payments setup, why are my customers being asked to review and pay, when it should be saying print and save?

 

I *do not* want to send plain text emails, please don't suggest switching to this
