Invoice not sent. Email error.

We tried everything. We read everything about this problem. It seem Quickbooks don't care about the problem. We are clearly not the only one in the world facing this problem. 

 

Almost of the time the system return an error when sending an invoice to our customer emails. Please verifiy customer email bla bla. 

 

Honestely this problem is insane. I think is time for exploring another accounting system provider.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Our QuickBooks Online Development Team is aware of the unexpected behavior you're experiencing.  Although there isn't an ETA for when this will be fixed, they're working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  If you'd like to receive an email when this has been resolved, please contact us.  In the interim, you can send the invoices to your customers using one of the following methods:


·You can save your invoice as a PDF and send it via email through your business or other email address
·You can send your customer a link to their invoice
through SMS or a messenger service. Simply click on the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column > choose “save and share link” and then select “copy link” and paste it in your SMS or messenger service.
