Invoice Reminder

I changed updated the invoice reminder to show both english and french message however when I go use the invoice reminder, it stays to english. How can I have this show what I put as the invoice reminder?

Hi Tata2,

 

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability to send invoices to your customers in their preferred language.  It's important that your forms are received based on the option you've applied.  I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

 

As long as you've set your customer's language preference, their forms will be delivered in the language set by default on their profile.  Although you'll still see the forms in your Companies set language, the forms will in fact be delivered to your customer's based on their preference.  To preview how it's received on your customer's end, open the invoice and hit Save and send.  When you're ready hit Send and close.
