Why can't you show WHICH emails bounced????

Hi mousepad,

 

It's nice to see you here.  Reviewing the status of your sent invoices in essential, in ensuring they've been successfully received.  QuickBooks Online enables you to see the status at a glance.  I would be glad to assist!

 

Open your Dashboards and select Get things done.  In the Tasks section, click Go.  Use the dropdown arrow to change the Status to Needs attention.  Review the delivery status by clicking on Edit.  

 

For bounced or undelivered emails, it's important to ensure that the customer email addresses are correct, so your forms are received without delay.  However, there may be other underlying factors that require attention.  Follow this link to review other areas to review, and how to correct them.  If the issue persists, clear cache on your browser to see if you get the same result.
