INVOICE WAS PAID BY CREDIT CARD AND IN QUICKBOOKS PAYMENT SHOWS AS DEPOSITE ON OCTOBER 28TH, 2023 YET FUNDS ARE NOT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

For assistance with this payment not deposited in your account, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to verify your information in a secure setting to be able to view the payment in the system to help you get this deposited. You can reach out using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
