Hi there,

Sending invoices to your customers directly from QuickBooks helps you save tons of time and keeps you organized. I know how vital it is to be able to control the information displayed on your invoice. I'll explain your options and the limitations in the QuickBooks program.

When you select an invoice template that displays the company information, this form will be used for all methods of invoicing. For example, the same information will appear on the printed copy, as well as the emailed copy.

You do have the option to switch this template to one that doesn't display company information, however keep in mind that this will remove the company information on the emailed copy as well.

If you'd like to change the invoice template to one that doesn't display company information, click the top right corner of your invoice. You'll see a section labelled Template. Click this drop-down menu to change the template to one that doesn't display your company information. Doing so will ensure that when the form is emailed to your customer, or printed, it will not display your company information.

Here's more information about customized invoice templates in QuickBooks: Use and customize form templates.

I can see why it would be useful to have the option to print your invoice without this information, while still having it remain on an emailed copy. I'd be happy to submit your feedback about this for our product development team.
