Invoices does not print my GST and QST tax numbers? How do I make the GST and QST tax numbers shoe on my invoices that I present to my clients?

I replicated the same scenario in my test account and I was able to print GST/HST number on the invoice. 

One possible reason why you’re not having this information is you might be using a wrong template (imported invoice template). Imported invoice templates can be modified to hide this information from showing. 

To check, try toggling your used templates by clicking Customise when creating an invoice. Switch from one template to another and check if the information shows up by clicking Print or Preview. 

If the issue continues, try running QuickBooks on a private window then check if it works. If it does, clear your browser’s cache or use a different browser. Web-based applications might act unusual if there are too many files saved in your browser cache.
