Invoices need a shipping address on them if different than the billing address. Shipping address entered, but not showing up on my invoices. How do I make it happen?

Welcome to the QuickBooks community! I can absolutely show you how to get the shipping address to also appear on your invoices alongside the billing address. It's just a few easy steps once the shipping address is entered on your customer profile.

Once set up, the next step is making sure that your custom forms are set up to show the shipping address. Here's how.

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
3. Click Edit on one you'd like to modify.
4. Navigate to the Content tab.
5. Click the header area of the preview to the right to enable editing.
6. Scroll to the Display section.
7. Check off the box for Shipping.
8. Select Done to save.

Now when you go back to your forms to send to your customers, you should also see the shipping field.
