Is anyone else having the issue where you go to enter in a payment and search by invoice number and then not having the customer information show?

I have tried contacting support through the online portal and they keep telling me its not their expertise and give me a phone call. Problem is that I am at work and cannot speak on the phone. But if other people are having the issue then I know its not just me.
When I go to record the payment and search by invoice number, the correct invoice shows but the customer information in the top left is blank.

Thanks for reaching out to us here!  Having a blank Customer field when locating an invoice by the reference number, does raise concern when trying to record a payment.  This has been reported by other QuickBooks Online customers, so you're not alone.
 

Our engineers are aware of the issue and it's currently being investigated. Although this is being actively looked at, we do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.

 

Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to add you to the list of affected users, and set you up to receive an email notification when it's been fixed.
