Question

Is anyone having issues with the QB app? It won’t allow me to attach receipts or files on my invoices to send out? Was working fine till 2 days ago… Suggestions?!?

Welcome to the Community. Being able to upload attachments to invoices is essential in order to keep track of your documents. QuickBooks is a great program that offers the ability to simply upload attachments to invoices. I'd be glad to provide you with some information regarding attaching files to your invoices.
 

If you're using the desktop app for QuickBooks Online, it has been discontinued. I encourage you to log in using a browser to add attachments to the invoices you send to your customers. I'll explain how.

  1. Log into your account from a browser.
  2. Click on the Sales on the left navigation menu and then invoice.
  3. Choose the invoice from the list > Edit invoice.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and attach the file using the 'Attachments' section.
  5. Once attached, click on Save and close. 
     

If you get any notification error, the issue may be related to browser cache and cookies as they prevent the system from functioning effectively. I'd encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.
