Is anyone having trouble with inventory bundles not updating on invoices. The bundle has been updated in the P/S list but still shows deleted items on the invoice.

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks Online makes it so simple for you to track your inventory and make sales. I know how important it is to see changes to your inventory reflected when creating an invoice. I want to make sure you get back on track so that your invoices are accurate and up-to-date. 

If you've recently updated your inventory on the Products and Services page for a bundle product and you don't see those changes updating as you continue to work, you may need to complete some browser troubleshooting to get things back in working order. As with any cloud-based program, it's essential to work with a clean browser so that QBO can run at its best. 

 

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser to remove any stored Internet files that may have built up in the background of your browser. Here's how to do that: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

 

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browser that doesn't get impacted by cache and cookies. Here's how to do it: Browse in Private.

 

You should also try using an alternative browser all together. 

 

That should help get things back on track.
