Thanks for joining us! I'll gladly go over the options to make sure you have the estimate information you need in your books.

 

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't a way to recover deleted entries. That being said, we like to do what we can to help make sure it's as easy as possible to recreate transactions when necessary. With the program's Audit Log, you can review created and deleted transactions to see the related information. That's what I recommend in this case if you don't have the estimate information handy otherwise.

 

The Audit Log is accessed by clicking the Gear icon in your account. There, you'll see a list of all activity in your account, but don't worry, you can filter to see the information you're looking for. I encourage you to read the Learn more about the audit log article for more information.

 

Once you have the information you need, simply go back to the create icon and select Estimate again. Here's more information about estimates: Set up and use estimates
