Is something wrong with "Receive Payment" from customer?

When I click on New / Customers / Receive Payment, I used to choose a customer, then their Email appears, along with a list of unpaid invoices. However, today, after choosing a customer, no email appear and no list of invoices, so I can't apply the payment to specific invoices. Is QBO having problems, or did they make another dumb change?

Hi Mabel_BC.

 

Being able to receive your customers payments and assign them to the right invoice is important to keep your accounts correct and up to date. I'd be happy to help you get your payments applied.

 

When QuickBooks Online isn't working the way it was intended can usually be caused by an issue with the internet browser itself. I recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you're using. Once that's done close your internet browser and open QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. If that doesn't work then try a different internet browser all together.
