Is there a donation receipt template for charity organization?

QuickBooks Online is geared toward small businesses, although some charities also find using the program a reliable tool for keep on top of finances and bookkeeping. Given that the program is designed for small businesses, there isn't at this time a specific form for donation receipts that a charity would require. I know a number of organizations end up using and customizing a sales receipt to the best of their abilities to meet the needs of a donation receipt. If that doesn't quite work for you, I recommend considering using a template outside of the QuickBooks Online software to have a donation receipt you can give to your donors. There may even be a third-party app you can use to achieve this. Check out the Apps tab in your books to research the available options.
