Is there a glitch in quickbooks? I entered 2 new invoices but they do not appear in the sales transactions list.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to view the invoices in the customer transaction list at a glance.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

In QuickBooks Online, creating invoices is a breeze and you can easily view the transactions per customer.  Based on the information you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then log into QuickBooks in a private or incognito browser to see if you get the same result.  I'd also suggest reviewing the invoices to ensure the information is accurate.

 

Here's how to view the invoices:

 

1. From the left menu, select +New and then Invoice

2. Click on the History icon in the top left (looks like a clock)

3. Scroll down and hit View More

4. Review the list and ensure the invoices have been saved

5. Click on the invoice to open it and make sure it's applied to the correct Customer

6. Return to Sales and then Customers

7. Select the customer and open Transaction list

If you still don't see the invoice in the list, check the Audit log to see if it was deleted by going to > Settings ⚙ > Audit log.
