Is there a way once you have uploaded receipts to quickbooks and compiled a number and receipts you can then email copies of the uploaded receipts to another person?

Your receipts hold important information and it's vital you're able to send it to your customers. Rest assured, I'l be happy to give you a hand so you can get ahead with your work. 

 

QuickBooks is an easy-to-use program which offers a variety of features that help you streamline your business. Here's how to email receipts using QuickBooks Online: 

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Receipts tab.
  3. Select Customize email.
  4. Create a customized email address. It will have @qbodocs.com at the end.
  5. When you're ready, select Customize email and then Confirm. Note: Once you claim an email address, you can't change it.
  6. On the last screen, select the users who are allowed to forward emails to your new email address.
