Is there a way to get the product/service input field of the invoices to accept input from a sku scanner? It should be the same as manually entering the sku but it's not.

Although there's currently no option to enter your products and services with a scanner, you can have a look at third party apps that integrate with QuickBooks Online.  If you'd like to see this available moving forward, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  Recommendations are greatly appreciated for additional features and updates to ensure you have the best customer experienced with QuickBooks Online.
