Is there a way to group billable expenses on an invoice in QBO Online Canada? If not is there a work around?

It's important to note that the function you've described above isn't available in the program. I can see the benefit of having this feature and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. In the meantime, I recommend looking into third-party apps on our app store using this link. You can search for an app using the app name or by entering keywords you're looking for the app to have as features.
