Is there a way to have the invoice print out as shown? It is putting it in order of date but I have IP#'s in order on the description which I want instead.

Welcome back to the Community. I'll be happy to share more info printing invoices in QB Online. 

Here's how to print an invoice

1. From the left menu, select Sales (or Invoicing).
2. Click the Invoices tab at the top of the page.
3. Scroll to the invoice you wish to email, in the Action column click the drop-down arrow and select Print.
4. Click the Printer Icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Click Print.
