Is there a way to import my past invoices from my old app called Invoice Bookipi ?

Can you export data in xls or csv file format from it?

If you're able to export your data from the Invoice Bookipi app, or if you've saved the information already, you'll need to save it in excel, or csv format.   You'll then want to ensure it contains the required fields for a smooth transition into QuickBooks Online.  Here's a valuable guide for your reference.
