Is there a way to remove fields in the transaction entry screens? For example, I want to remove the Sales Rep field from the Sales Receipt entry window.

Based on what you've described, I recommend customizing your sales receipt template so it displays the info you'd like to see. To do this, click on the Gear icon > Custom Form Styles > select your Sales receipt template > click on the Content tab > navigate to the Form section and make the necessary adjustments. Keep in mind that changes on a sales receipts template can only be made using this method. To learn more about this process, click on this article here.
