It says that my clients credit card payment is in review and to check my email but i didnt receive anything...does anyone know whats going on?

Welcome to Community! I can understand the concern when your first online payment has been received, but in review.  QuickBooks Online Payments is a great way to allow your customers to pay directly from their invoice, and automatically record the transactions to keep your books up to date.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

Initially when you sign up for the payments program, the first transaction may take 3-5 business days to process, and an email confirmation would be sent to you.  If the transaction exceeds this timeframe, I recommend contacting us so we can take a look at this from our end to rule out any underlying circumstances.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click Help (?) in the upper right > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > give a brief summary of the issue > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
