Hi there,

Congrats on your first post in the Community. It's important you're able to retrieve the estimate you were working on.

The quickest way to pull up a recent estimate is searching for it from the Estimate page. To do this, click on the Plus icon (+) > Estimate > from the Estimate page, click on the clock icon on the top left corner. I'll attach and image below for reference:

From here, you'll be able to view the recent estimates. I recommend you give this a try and let me know how you make out.

If you can't find the estimate, you can always check the audit log. QuickBooks Online keeps a list of all the activity in your company. You can see the changes made to your books and who made them using the audit log. It also tracks user login/logout activity, changes to settings, customers, suppliers, and employees.

Here are the steps on how to access the audit log:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.

Let me know if you have questions.
