What is the best way for my salesperson to access inventory availability (counts) and prices using her cellphone as her only resource?

 

The app does not seem to offer inventory counts, nor do I see easy Shortcuts.

Consider using a field sales app and integrate it with your QBO. There are many options in the market to explore. Your salesforce does not need any access to QBO.
