Multiple Invoice Templates - Quickbooks Online

I have one company with multiple 'Doing Business As' names under the one company. 

 

What are the options to be able to send different invoice templates to different customers? How can I easily switch between invoice templates based on the customer?

 

Are there more/better options if I start using Quickbooks Desktop version?

It's nice to hear from you again. QuickBooks Online does give you the option to customize your invoices. I can let you know what options there are and decide which is the best for you.

 

If you're using the QuickBooks Online Plus version of the program, using locations for setting invoices up by different names could work well for you. With Easy Start and Essentials, you can still customize your invoices and choose the specific template in the invoice by clicking on Customize at the bottom of the invoice screen.
