Hi there and welcome to the Community!

Having the correct address on forms such as Invoices or Estimates is crucial, so I can see how an incorrect address could pose a problem. There are a few places to update your company address within QuickBooks Online, so let me walk through those with you.

The first way to update your company's address is through your Account and settings. To get there, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Gear and choose Account and settings.
  2. Within the Company tab locate the Address section.
  3. Use the Edit pencil to make changes to both the Company address and the Customer-facing address.
  4. Make sure to Save your changes and hit Done when you've finished.

It sounds like you've already double-checked the address details as they're listed on your custom form style. In case you'd like to double-check, you can edit it by navigating to the Gear, then Custom form styles. Locate the form and hit Edit to make changes. Navigate to the Content tab, then choose the first section of the form to make changes. If Address is checked off, you'll be able to edit it to the left. Hit Done when you're finished.

The last place you can go to ensure that your address is correct is to your Intuit account. If you're using QuickBooks from the internet browser on your computer you can select the icon in the upper right with your initial inside. From there, choose to Manage your Intuit Account. The Personal info section is where you'll go to update your Address

If after all this your address is still incorrect, it may be because of the images and files stored in your browser's cache. Give the browser and internet troubleshooting steps below a shot and then check on your address again to see if anything's changed:

I'm confident that you'll have this issue resolved in no time, but if it persists, don't hesitate to reply to this thread. I'd be happy to work with you further to get to the bottom of this. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week!
