Question

My invoices are customized to group by date. When I use more than 50 lines Service date will not print. Does anyone have the same issue?

My solutions at the moment is entering manually on the top line.

Hi AREA1FX,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to print your invoices seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  If you get the same result, follow these steps;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. Enter Invoice List in the Search field

3. Open Standard View

4. Enter the Report Period

5. Use the ▼ dropdown menu in the Group by field to select Day

6. Hit Run Report

7. Select the Print icon to preview and print the report

Note; To make any other changes to the information on the report, click on the small in the top right, then View more.
