Question

My invoices just changed, the information is private and confidential. My clients can't even see the email they should send the money to. How can I change it back???

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your QuickBooks Online invoices are being received as designed.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This helps system performance and loading times.  In addition, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks account on another browser, to see if you experience the same result.  Recommended browsers are Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or a Private/Incognito window.
