Hi m-sargent,

It sounds to me like you received an invoice from a QuickBooks Online user and now you're trying to view it through the portal so that you can see what's owed. I know how handy this kind of portal can be, and I want to make sure that you're able to do so. I'm here to help.

The first steps I recommend taking are browser troubleshooting steps. Since QuickBooks Online is a cloud software and this portal is online, their communication between one another can be impacted by things like a cache with too many temporary files, the browser type, and so forth. Here are steps I suggest trying, and after each, see if you can then see the invoice.

Taking steps like disabling ad blockers or firewalls temporarily, resetting your internet, or trying on another device can also help resolve these kinds of issues. If you're still getting that "invoice unavailable" message, however, the next thing I encourage you to do is reach out to whoever sent you the invoice.

As a note, unless the QuickBooks user has set their books up to send via Gmail, the email you received won't be something you can reply to. Check the sender address to see if it's a Gmail, but if it's instead a different kind of email related to QuickBooks, please create a new email message with the appropriate email to that person instead.

I hope this is helpful. Have a great rest of your day.
