My last few deposits are showing as an expense when I uploaded from my bank. How can I change that so I can apply the payment to receivables/invoices?

They'll be able to verify your information in a secure setting to be able to see the connection in the system to provide the best troubleshooting steps to get this resolve, as well as collect all the necessary information to notify the engineers of the error if it still persists.
