It sounds like you're looking for a tab related to QuickBooks Payments. This option is available in QuickBooks Online's English accounts and the Payments tab will only appear in the Account and Settings for English accounts. If you're using a French QuickBooks Online account, that's why it's missing.

 

If you are using an English account and not seeing the Payments option, I recommend clearing your browser or app's cache and making sure you're meeting the QuickBooks Online system requirements.
