My quick books is EMPTY! I just signed in to use it like normal. And there are no invoices....nothing!!! Im freaking out

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  Having an empty company file when signing into your QuickBooks Online account, would definitely be reason for concern.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Let's start with clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  This will improve system performance and speed up loading times.  Next, you'll want to ensure your entering the correct User ID and Password, associated with your QuickBooks Online account.  If you experience the same outcome, try another browser such as Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, Edge, or a private/incognito window.  If you're experiencing this unexpected outcome when logging in from the QuickBooks Online Mobile app, refresh the app, or uninstall and reinstall it to ensure it's up to date.  I also suggest logging in from a web browser.
