My QuickBooks online on Android, invoices are not showing as sent or even viewed, if I go on the computer they show as sent. What's wrong? I've refreshed my data

My QuickBooks online on Android, invoices are not showing as sent or even viewed, if I go on the computer they show as sent. What's wrong? I've refreshed my data already and resent a number of times.

Being able to access your invoices is essential in order to keep track of your book. QuickBooks Online is a flexible program that simplifies the way you manage your books. I'd be glad point you in the right direction regarding the option to view the invoices sent.

 

I can see that you have refreshed your data and resent a number of times. I'd recommand that you uninstall and reinstall the app. Once you have reinstalled the app and signed in, I encourage to resend the invoices.
