Hi there,

QuickBooks Online is a great way to save yourself time with your business bookkeeping. Sales forms are really intuitive and easy to create. It's important that you're able to display the quantity information on your invoices and sales receipts. I'll explain how to bring the column back.

This column is one of the mandatory fields that the system prompts you to fill out in order to successfully create an invoice or sales receipt. You're not able to remove this field, as it's necessary for the creation of your sales forms.

If your QTY field isn't appearing, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can cause bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. It's important to clear these out at least once a week for optimal performance of QBO. Here's how to clear them: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

If you're still not seeing the QTY column, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that runs independently, and doesn't collect cache and cookies. If you're not sure how to use it, check out more information here: Incognito mode. I'd also recommend trying an alternative browser.

Have a great day.
