My Snap Receipts feature is missing in my Mobile App, where did it go?

I was able to upload two receipts and then i closed out the app and when i opened it back up the option to be able to snap receipts was not there.

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that your keeping up with your work while on the go.  It's essential that you can access the features in the QuickBooks mobile app to complete your daily tasks with ease.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest refreshing the app by following these steps:

 

For iPhone;  Open the three vertical lines at the bottom and then the ? icon in the upper right.  Select Refresh data.  For Android; Select the 3-dots at the top, choose Settings and then Refresh app data.

 

If you're still not seeing the snap receipt feature, uninstall and then reinstall the app.
